The Organizational Culture Assessment (OCA) is the EC3 #1 requested culture assessment tool. As part of the assessment EC3 will meet with various stakeholders across the organization ranging from front line staff to executive leadership and Board of Directors. During these conversations a specific set of questions are asked to gain a clear understanding of the lived experiences of stakeholders at different levels within organizations. The collected experiences and feedback is then turned into our Organizational Executive Summary (OES) where we detail organizational highlights, challenges, concerns, and recommended next steps. The OCA is used as a guiding resource to design a tailored organizational roadmap with actionable, measurable, and tangible initiatives to building a more equitable and inclusive workplace. This roadmap is created in partnership with organizational leadership, DEI Committees or selected volunteers.
